What do we need?

In light of recent growth, TSM is looking for a Fundraising Representative to function as an important member of our Donor Engagement team.  

What will you do?

In this role you will make personal contact with donors in order to build substantial and ongoing relationships with those donors. You will navigate and maintain records within a database, and implement the Mid-Level Donor Program or Acquisition Program. 

More specifically, in this role you will:

• Utilize effective fundraising techniques and multiple forms of communication in order to solicit donations for our nonprofit clients.
• Communicate directly with designated client contact person.
• Respond to donors’ requests.
• Inform donors of the impact of their donations.
• Navigate and maintain communication records within a database.
• Participate in quality initiatives and follow all quality related procedures.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma required; Some college coursework preferred.
• Related experience strongly preferred.

Hourly Rates & Schedule:

• $13.00 per hour.
• Sunday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM MDT and Monday to Thursday from 11:00 PM - 8:00 PM MDT
• This is a work from home position.
